Registration and Payment Details

 Registration will be refused when the capacity is reached. Registrations may be refused once the registration deadline has passed.

Option One

Please register by mailing your cheque, post marked no later than Thursday, June 5 to:

Please include your phone number and/or e-mail address with your cheque so we can confirm your registration.

Option Two

You may otherwise pay using VISA or MasterCard using our online system up until Tuesday May 10.

Option Three
Before Tuesday May 10 you can register by phone with Visa or MasterCard. Call 465 9979 to register.
 

Important! - Waiver Agreement

In order to attend events sponsored by the Edmonton Singles Dinner & Wine Club, you must complete a Waiver Agreement.  Send the Waiver/Membership form with your payment. This will speed things up the night of the event – more time for you to mingle!
